Return + Pricing Policy effective 2009

We prefer that you view online or 30 day mail preview the products first free! and make sure your order is firm.
 
NOTE: VideoMedia does not credit returns for video purchases or rentals once a order has been shipped and confirmed with the customer.
Pricing is subject to errors as we do offer limited time specials that may have expired (We send invoice same day).
 
-Rentals are sent back to the address they came from and the cost can apply towards purchase.
 
Books may be returned if in unused condition within 15 days
We will credit all but 25% restocking fee and shipping cost.
