Preview and Return Policy effective 2003

-Previews are sent free to you for 30 day evaluation and to be returned to:

VideoMedia at 9611 42nd Ave SW Seattle, WA 98136

Please return them within 30 days or late fees will apply via your shipper or regular mail.

 

We prefer that you preview the products first free! and make sure your order is firm.

 

NOTE: VideoMedia does not credit returns for video purchases or rentals once a order has been shipped and

confirmed with the customer. Copies are licensed to you and encoded for your organization.

The only time the rental cost is waived is due to shipping delay.

 

-Rentals are sent back to the address they came from and the cost can apply towards purchase.

 

Books may be returned if in unused condition within 15 days

We will credit all but 25% restocking fee and shipping cost.
